Tuesday’s Workwear Report: Slim Knit Blazer

Our daily workwear reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.

This slim knit blazer from the British brand Whistles has been on my radar for a while, and I think it looks really great — I like it the black and the navy. It very much reminds me of a Ralph Lauren knit blazer that has been around forever, but this one is much shorter and doesn’t have shiny gold buttons. (If you’re looking for plus sizes, though, that one is a great option.) This blazer is getting good reviews at Bloomingdale’s — and FYI, I just found out that Nordstrom recently started carrying Whistles, as well, although it has more of a weekend collection while Bloomingdale’s has more work-appropriate styles. Either way, it’s great to be able to find the brand stateside. The blazer is $169, and (bonus!) it’s machine washable. Slim Knit Blazer
